Top 10 User Created Objects
Within two weeks of LittleBigPlanet Beta madness, gamers all over the world already created the most incredible objects. Some were quite predictable, but still very cool. Others are jaw dropping creations that we never expected.
This top 10 list shows some of the best LittleBigPlanet objects in action. Feel free to add more using the comments.
10 - Excavator
I love the way everything works in this excavator. How about a level where you have to move large objects out of the way using the excavator? It’s always cool to use heavy machinery.
9 - Walker
This guy is very close to build a Star Wars Imperial Walker. If he makes one that looks and sounds like the real thing, I may wet my pants!
8 - Helicopter
This is not a true helicopter, but it sure looks like one. Now you just need to add guns…
7 - Catapult
Ok, this is a weapon. A primitive weapon, but still capable of dealing great damage. Throwing giant burning balls at someone is my idea of a good time.
6 - Tank
What? Forget the catapult. We have a tank! While one SackBoy drives, the other one fires. Team work and mass destruction!
5 - Hovercraft
No guns, but still very impressive. The hovercraft is the ultimate vehicle. While there’s no water in LittleBigPlanet yet, this guy is ready to drive on any surface.
4 - Transformer
Transformer. Need I say more?!
3 - Dragon
This is not just a dragon. This is a big ass dragon that looks, sounds and moves just like a living creature. This is by far the best creature in LittleBigPlanet yet.
2 - Tetris Machine
This incredible machine spits Tetris pieces at us. That’s impressive. Then you pick them up, create a line, and boom! It clears the line and gives you points. Yes, it actually plays Tetris! If the video wasn’t right here, I wouldn’t believe it.
1 - Calculator
And the winner is… the calculator! Why would we want a calculator inside LittleBigPlanet? Beats me. A calculator is not fun, it’s not playable and it takes up the whole freaking level on it’s own.
But after watching the video, my brain starts to hurt. When we see something like this, we can’t help but think that everything is possible in LittleBigPlanet.

yea they’re creative, but none of them actually look FUN to play through. And isn’t the whole point of making new levels, trying to make it fun for other people to play through?
If 2 players using that tank to blow up stuff doesn’t sound like fun, I am sorry for you.
If defeating that huge dragon is not your idea of fun, are you even a gamer?…
I think you’re missing the point Ryan.
These arent levels and never was intended to be levels (mine anyway..), these are simply OBJECTS which can be added to levels.
I personally havent created any levels, because i was told that anything we created wouldnt be transfered over to the full game, so i saw it as kind of pointless to spend days working on a level, only for it to be deleted so instead i spent a while making some pretty simple contraptions.
If you have anything better and more “fun” to show us, do like the article states and post it in the comments!
Wow didn’t expect my Tetris level to make the top 10. I’m well chuffed. It looks a bit different now mind. Updated it to include the Tetris Theme music and added muiltipliers. any one interested in checking it out should seach for username Cellmember in the beta.

I just made, what i suppose you could call a “Micro Tank” its literally as small as a single sackboy, and i also made it take up only one of the three layers, so i could place three of them in a row and race them!
these little tanks are fully operational too, each has tiny wheels and proper working metal tracks going round the wheels!
if you want to try one out or even better, add one to your level, message me on the PSN and i’ll send one to you.
i’ve also made other tanks which are slightly larger.
Hey, that’s my Transformer! Nice.
To be honest, I only created it for a laugh, took about 30 mins and was planning on making a better one when the full game is out. However somehow this has received around 9000 views on youtube in a week!!!
I have also made some full levels, ‘Tank Attack’ where you need to drive a tank to destroy aliens and use the guns to gain entry to a cave to defeat a HUGE 4 headed boss, ‘Trebuchet Traverse’ where you must use the medieval slingshots to fire yourself to the end of the level and ‘Backyard Bike Race’ a simple platformer.
I hope you will all search for these levels and give them a go, I was most impressed the realistic action the game manages on the Trebuchet, gravity and velocity are amazingly simulated!

Word. My dragon showed up. Honestly wasn’t thinking it was gonna get this much recognition. Much props to everyone on the list and hope we continue to be paving the way for more awesome stuff to come in the retail version, especially when we get all the tools necessary for ridiculous stuff.

And Ryan, why don’t you follow the link I put up in my dragon youtube. You’ll see it’s actually been implemented into a level, which was the whole idea in the first place. Creating stuff like what you see here opens up new possibilities for levels, so you’re the one missing the point.

Wow thanks so much for putting my hovercraft in there, I appreciate it! Didn’t think something like that would happen, it was just an experiment and a 10 minute mess around.
There’s a tutorial for it in my channel too if people want to know how it’s done.
